Here at Picnic People, we have always been set on forging our own path to create the greatest experiences for our clients. As the food truck craze swept the nation and many hastily jumped on board, we patiently continued doing what we do best, while doing our research (eating, of course) on what was working and what could be improved. We have heard the countless calls and
now we have finally put picnics on wheels with our 24-foot-long barbecue food truck – available for picnics, tailgates, festivals, private events and parking lot parties ! We know the community we serve and that restrictive “set” menus make many food trucks unappealing to diverse Green Park groups. Our trademark flexibility continues onto our new rig, allowing you to create custom menus with the foods you want to serve – full meals to grab-n- go portions, it is up to you ! Innovative new options like juicy smoked turkey, the Jackfruit Jane and our killer loaded mac and cheese meet your picnic favorites, from hardwood smoked brisket to Carolina-style pulled pork. The ice cream kaleidoscope that you all have loved through the years is also available to be served from our freezer cart, right next to the food truck. While Mr Sun always lives in our hearts and our picnics, this food truck is branded with our sister BBQ brand, CowgirlQ Barbecue.
